BreezyBee Games ("we," "our," or "us") develops and operates the mobile game OrbMaster: Crack the Code (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Game handles when you download, install, and play it, and how that information is used.
Most of OrbMaster runs entirely on your device. Your campaign progress, unlocked and upgraded orbs, fragment currency, achievements, boss star ratings, settings, and cosmetic selections are stored locally on your hardware using standard platform storage. You can play Campaign and Gauntlet modes offline, and we do not need a name, email address, or precise location to play.
Some features connect to Supabase, a third-party cloud infrastructure service we use to power online play. These features are: online multiplayer duels ("Play Online"), the Daily Challenge, global and friends Leaderboards, the ranked PvP ladder, and the Gauntlet leaderboard. When you use them, the following information is sent to and stored on Supabase so the features can work:
• A player ID — on iOS this is a randomly generated, non-personal identifier; on other platforms it may be the identifier provided by the platform's game service (e.g., Game Center or Google Play Games).
• A display name and, if you are signed in to a platform game service, that service's avatar image URL, shown next to your scores so other players can recognize you.
• Gameplay results tied to your player ID — for example Daily Challenge solve times and turn counts, season points and rank tier, PvP match outcomes and skill (Elo) rating, daily streaks, and Gauntlet depth.
This data is stored persistently so leaderboards, ranks, and streaks can be displayed over time. During a live multiplayer match, your in-game moves are also broadcast through Supabase to your opponent in real time. Supabase may process your IP address as part of establishing these connections. If you sign in through a platform game service, we use the identifier, display name, and avatar it provides to associate your online scores and ranks with you across sessions and devices. We do not receive your password or other account credentials. On iOS, if you do not sign in, the Game uses an anonymous, randomly generated identifier instead.
We do not integrate advertising networks, and we do not include third-party analytics, profiling, or cross-app tracking SDKs. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your data to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
OrbMaster is a family-friendly deduction game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only information associated with online play is a pseudonymous player ID, a display name, and gameplay results — we do not request real names, email addresses, photos, or precise location. If you believe a child has provided information you would like removed, contact us using the details below and we will delete it.
Online gameplay data is retained to keep leaderboards and ranks functional. If you would like your leaderboard and ranking data deleted, email us at the address below with your in-game display name and we will remove the associated records. Data stored locally on your device can be cleared at any time using the in-game "Reset All Progress" option or by uninstalling the Game.
Connections to our online services use standard encrypted HTTPS transport. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we limit the information the Game sends to only what is needed to operate online features.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal updates or new game features. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made; please review it periodically.
